Ok, I spoke to a guy called Mark or Paul, I think, but he was incredibly helpful and even phoned me over a technical issue when he could have said ‘ it’ll be fine ‘.

This is the second proclad shower kit I've installed. These are excellent kits that contain all parts and adhesives. The end results are stunning. Thank you

I Requested four samples of Aqua bord, they came in a few days. Samples were larger than expected gives a true feel for the colour. Will be using in bathroom

Called this company up to ask about a product. Staff member wasn't 100% sure if he had a sample he could send, offered to call me back the next day. Did as he promised and sent me out a sample in the post. Very polite on the phone brilliant.

I have not fitted the panels yet but look fine delivery was great so im very pleased so far.

Choice, Ordering, invoicing was clear and helpful.
My only slightly negative comment , (as it applies to many downstream delivery companies), is that the Delivery Company could try to get a better idea of delivery times on a specified day. My Ceiling Panels (well wrapped),. were left in the driveway after dark as we had left the house after 5.00pm)

Few questions before order placement and afterwards,all promptly answered by Paul Clayton. Delivery was quick and quality of panels is excellent. Would certainly recommend.

An excellent experience and product. I bought several panels for a bathroom project. Messaged the company about some that were out of stock and a rep managed to find some quickly for me. The rep was fantastic at calling to check exactly what I wanted, what the best way to deliver was and tailored everything to my needs. This has been some of the best customer service I’ve ever ever experienced. All arrived as expected and on time with friendly delivery drivers.

Overall I would strongly recommend this company.
